Common Issues:

• Android: When connecting to the armband Wi-Fi, select Keep Connected if “No Internet connection” appears. If no prompt appears, forget the network and reconnect.

• iOS: After connecting to Wi-Fi, allow TENNIIX to find devices on local networks. If you previously selected Don’t Allow, forget the network and reconnect.

What’s the difference between Tenniix Basic, Tenniix Pro, and Tenniix Ultra?

Basic and Pro share the same core machine. Pro adds the dual-camera AI Vision Module and Voice Module. Ultra builds on Pro with a portable base for easier movement.

Yes. Tenniix is modular, so the AI Vision Module can be attached or removed according to your training needs.

What types of balls does Tenniix support?
